69951 Purchase & Management Script

We are a printing company and need a automated php script for buyers to purchase our printing services. I need a purchase script built, or manipulated to fill our need. Here is most of the features we need, some minor additions may be needed as work progresses, but nothing major: Order area: -Member Login or Registration -"Ship to" & "Bill to" address input -Project size drop down menu selection -additional services selection -sales tax calculation -shipping rate calculation from zip code to another zip code -order total calculation with sales tax, all optional services, and shipping -order progress chart (shows what step in the order process they are at) -file upload area -pay through paypal or [login to view URL] -project description input area -order number generator -final screen with receipt -email to admin when new order is placed -cart system, so buyers can order more than one item at a time Member login area: -printing proof viewing and approval (also needs area for non-approval description) -order tracking view, link to [login to view URL] tracking number -past order lookup -reorder area (member can select item to reorder and uses all details from before) Admin area: -email to member when account has been updated (tracking number added, proof added) -proof upload for member approval -tracking number input area for member -comments area for memebr to view -Accounting of total purchases, sortable by member, month, year -member, order number search feature
