71734 Video Recording Mini-Studio

We are in need of a video recorder that will record direct from webcam to either an AVI or MPG. I want a simple piece of software that will load, then on loading you will select the source to record from. You will then be given options for various dimensions to record, also what codec to record the video with. Once selected there will be a preview window, a record/stop/play button. On the preview window and also on the final recording there needs to be a watermarking. This watermarking will be a simple graphic to be added in one of the corners. This watermark will be NON editable so no one will be able to change it unless they have the source code. When recording the video will be saved to the program file folder and once the video is completed they will be prompted to select somewhere to save it and rename the file as they wish. Our end goal is this: We need the program to perform with the following functions: - Record full motion video (we understand will not be at the same moment LIVE is showing) - Compress - Send to Server - Offer for sale: a.) streaming b.) download - Import file from video source such as cd or Hdrive and perform all of the above - Serve advertising banner based on the OPERATORS rules - Package the videos into groups and allow the webmasters to download and combine on a DVD for resale Its important that the system be easy to use and the CODEC does not take the video / sound quality away. We are attempting to get under 3 MB per minute with full motion video. We realize there are packages on the market for this type of software but there is a royalty for each copy. We wish allow for our Webmasters to download this royalty FREE. This project is urgent.
