Need a html/gui page created. Bidder must have strong CSS skills. This page should not have any tables but instead use div's, span's and other efficient elements. Size must fit inside 800x600 (775x575 or whatever you know will fit best). You supply the images/icons. Dragging and dropping Javascript will be used to perform many tasks in this filemanager (see [login to view URL] link above for similar features), this is important to understand when working with the features listed in this bid request. We have the following features that require space in the file manager layout: 1) Social network display - this contains a list of users networked to the logged in user. A user could have no users in their network or tens of thousands, so a good scroll and search field is required. 2) Groups - this is a collection of groups that the logged in user will have that groups users from their social network. 3) Folder view - on the left side a list of the logged in user's folders will be displayed. Scrolling would be required 4) File view - in the middle or main body will be a list of files representing the folder being viewed. 5) Sharing - users will be able to share files and folders with other users/groups in their social network, a view is required for them to manage the shares. 6) Remove/trash section - logged in user will need a "trash bin" to drag elements for removal (files/shares/folders, etc). The location of this section is open for discussion (bottom left/right?) 7) Messaging section - logged in user will have the ability to send, receive and read messages from their social network. This section could have 3 small tabs (that will be ajax'd) showing the message types (send a msg/received msgs for reading/sent messages). Messages can be dragged and dropped to the "trash bin". Looking for a good price but most importantly quality *and* a quick turn-around.

Please examine these 2 websites for general ideas: [login to view URL] (this is a very clean web2.0 feel) [login to view URL] (has similar ajax we will use and a decent layout for a file manager) We are open to suggestions for a file manager layout. Also, please feel free to make recommendations as we will be dependent on your CSS and layout expertise. Example: many sections will require SCROLLING to view all of the user's content, if you have a better solution than SCROLLING, please suggest it.
