404 Curl question in php

we are facing a small problem , we are accessing to some pages using curl in php , but some sites are down and that shows 404 errors , we need a way to track those sites that are showing 404 errors. So , in simple words you need to provide us with a small php program , that visits a site through curl and if the site is showing 404 error it should mail us that url , we will do the rest modifications ourself . If you can do it fast then just make a bid immediately.
