New website and company logo design

Description: Fully functional foreclosure lead generation website up to10 pages. I want to sign up clients in default on their mortgages for my loss mitigation business. Also intend to generate referral affiliate income from credit repair business. This will be the first of many similar projects. The site needs to be able to autosubmit lead data into my contact management application. I will supply the html for this. Site must contain Flash, Photographics and some basic interactive work (ie: feedback forms, news tickers, etc.). The text for the flash/news ticker should be easily editable within an external .txt file or from the admin panel. I want you to provide some beautiful graphics and create an appealing layout. I will provide the ‘this is what we do’ stuff. The site should have an elegant an attractive design including new company logo, header and navigation features built. It should load fast and have an intuitive navigation design. Please bid both the logo and website but split out the costs in the text of your bid response. I will be maintaining the site so there should be an admin panel giving me the ability to modify the copy, add/remove links and pages. I will be confirming that they were developed by the winning bidder before accepting the bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
