PHP Script - Escrow Service Website

Good Day I need PHP script software that runs an entire Escrow website service, similar to www.escrow.com and similar to Alstrasoft Escrow Pro. I have a few other specific requirements like a different currency, not USD as default and also it should integrate a payment gateway of my choice as well as PayPal. This is both for funding and payments. PayPal and EFT requests for pay-outs. Should of course have an admin back end to manage the website and features (Currency, payment gateway for funding, payment gateway for funds pay-out, banners, users management, commission % and so on) and a front end for consumers to make use of the service. (Users can register, login, see banners and what is offered on the website, contact us, Terms & conditions and so on.) The developer should please be professional and well experienced. The price you bid is the price I pay. Quick Summary: 1. Web programming should preferably be PHP & SQL. Please no CMS to be used. 2. The other will be PayPal as per my project summary. Payfast & PayPal for funding and payments. 3. With PayPal it should first convert the amount from my currency to USD and proceed with PayPal as my currency is not one of PayPal currencies. 4. PayPal and EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) options to users to request pay-out. When EFT is selected space provided for capturing bank account details. 5. I will also be using my countries currency. South African Rands (ZAR). The option to change to USD should still be there (Can be changed in backend). 6. Banner options on the frontend. 7. User Registration should have an address and landline and mobile number and all other relevant details needed for registration. 8.
