UPLOAD MODULE TO DATABASE

Hi, I need a simple upload module wrote in php, that will append any new data that a user has in excel, access or sql format, into original sql database. The script should analyse the file that is to be uploaded like this : 0. backup the new dabase or table that is for uploading without human confirmation 1. check the first row of NewDb – it suppose to be the header of the table; create a new temp table that will have the same header (column names) 2. fetch the first row, display it below the dropdown that contain the column names from the OrigDb where we want to upload the new data 3. Let human detect which are the columns apropriate (if first column is called : name or company or firm then human will click on the above dropdown and) choose from the list the “company_name” tag as it is in the original database) in this manner the php script will upload the column called “name” from the new database, into the original database, in the column called “ company_name” along with the coresponding data 4. to every record from the new database it will be allocated an unique Id, that will correspond with the record already existing in the original database alocated to that company [login to view URL] in the Newdb there is a new company that we don't have in the OrigDb, the unique Id will be transferred in the OrigDb along with the details of the new company 6. If NewDb have columns that we do not find in OrigDb, then the new columns will be created in OrigDB and filled with the data from NewDB 7. three buttons needed – modify newdb, upload newdb to OrigDB, merge (concatenate) columns 8. A chech button in the right side of every column name is needed in order for human to decide which columns are to be uploaded. This is a small module of a very large project, and the next level of this module will be an upgrade for it. The upgrade will be an Artificial Intelligence Upload Module (upload any type of file to database - doc,pdf,txt,excel,mdb,accbd,mdf,sql without human intervention). The coder that will finish this project will be selected for AIUM module and receive an NDA, then a contract. This small project "UPLOAD MODULE TO DATABASE" has another purpose : to find a coder that has a very good "communication interface" with a client (or employer) Happy coding!
