website membership payment gateway addition

I have developed an Australian based realestate website that is membership based. <[login to view URL]> People come to the site and subscribe to the website so they can view listings on the site of the investment properties available. There are two types of members: 1. Subscriber pays upfront 12 months worth of membership and gets full access to the site. 2. Subscriber pays a monthly fee and given full access to the site on a month by month basis. The site is developed/being developed and all I need you to do is provide the Australian online cc payment gateway. So the subscriber at same time pays the subscription fee will be granted access to the site instantaneously. Also need to be able to manage the users via the admin control panel. I was thinking of using worldpay but if you have experience with any others that can do the same thing I would still be interested in speaking. It needs to do all above though and transact in AUD though. The site is based on the Open Source software [login to view URL] but I have modified it a bit. So needs a php/mysql developer. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform php/mysql *nix box
