Open Cart Project Module

Hello I need an OpenCart module to manage projects: Please if you have not done projects for OpenCart before, do NOT bid ! I'm a php/mysql professional programmer and I have started programming this module but I have other tasks so I need someone to do it for me. I used the Checkout module as a base. Description: Front END: Customer registers on our website either logged-in or as Guest. Customer fill out a project form, (i have used the checkout module so the customer click on /checkout/project) the form includes pictures and documents upload (must enter document description) dynamic add/remove the form should have tabs for different Steps to fill up (project description,zones etc...) A project has many zones Each zone contains existing products (not in opencart shop) and replacement with new products (from the opencart store). these products are selected from list, cutomer must enter quantity When project is submitted, Front END, My Account: Customer should be able to login into my account and see a list of project, can change fields if status is still open Admin END: list projects like orders and be able to edit project and change all fields, change status etc... add new buttons to : 1) Submit Phase 1 ( this button will execute a custom php code that I will write myself to generate a PDF file and to email to a manager) 2) Submit Phase 2 ( this button will execute a custom php code that I will write myself) 3) Generate Order ( this button will create a new opencart order with products/prices from the project_zone_product table Table to create: project (project_id,order_id,customer_id + other fields that I will supply including image uploads ...) project_doc (project_id,customer_id, doc_type,doc_description, file_location + other fields that I will supply including image uploads ...) project_zone (project_id,zone_id,customer_id + other fields that I will supply including image uploads...) project_zone_product (zone_id,customer_id + old products, new replacment products + other fields that I will supply...) project_products (product_id, old_product_description (few fields) + new_product_description + product_id from existing opencart store...) I need a clean and commented code so I can do few modifications later. I will prepare the technical description and the sql to create the extra tables
