Webintrefaces for configure an realtime alarmscreen

Background: We have a small embedded Linux computer with mysql, apache, php, perl, firefox in kiosk-mode. Everything is opensource. Now we like to have an upgrade of our first project "Realtime Google Maps" where we have. Setup today: After Linux is started, gnome start Firefox automatic with Realtime Google Maps. I have a design template for the Webinterface. Skills of the new programm: - Webfrontend with Admin area for users (admin-user, normal-users, group) -> See Webinterface Menu - Everything must be configure in webfrontend (located in mysql database) - It must have an update-button or field with internet-address to update the programm - the index(.php) file must be a "switch". ipad, iphone and other must show another frontend of the "Realtime Google Maps". - Languagefile to change later the language - if its possible to written in php and jquery What is nice to have but I think havy to programming: - If there is an alarm the computer show the map with the text for exactly 60min. - Is it possible in Admin area a "special area" with a button to start the monitor (i have the script) and show a presentation into the firefox browser? (Incl. upload function) - And if it's not possible: In "special area" to edit a form with some fields (in database) like "Welcome Mr. Jones..." incl some pictures - Important: If there is an alarm, the presentation must be go in background (closed) Webinterface Menu: =============== - Configuration -- Language change (english / german) -- mysql username / password -- Organisation (name / logo) -- User (add / edit / delete) -- Display editing (add / edit / delete) -> Maindisplay, ipad, iphone,..
