Create a highly functional article directory script

We are in need of someone to write and install a clean script for an article and video directory site in the vein of [login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc. The script should allow users to create profiles, submit articles and videos as well as comment, vote on and share articles through email, facebook and twitter. Advertisers need to be able to create an account to purchase advertising space on the site and upload their banners and ads. We will also be hiring writers and editors for select projects through the site, so the script should also incorporate as way to post work for hire projects in a section only open to approved writers and editors. We would like to incorporate worker payment and tax information in the back end of the script. ## Deliverables Article Submission Template: The article submission template should incorporate spell checker and a plagiarism checker that scans each submitted article for duplicate content across the web. Each article should publish to the website with an introductory paragraph and at least two subsequent paragraphs, so the submission template should have individual text boxes to guide the submission process. Hiring Workers: Users should be able to upload resumes and writing samples to their user account for consideration as an approved writer or editor so they can be granted access to paid assignments. The administrator will need access to review the resumes/writing samples and set permissions for an approved writer or editor. If approved, workers should be able to complete secured tax information and sign an independent contractor agreement that will be stored in the database. Assignment Page: Any user can submit articles, but only approved writers and editors should have access to an assignment page where writers can claim articles to write for pay, and editors can claim articles that need to be edited. Assignments should have a sort feature by keyword, category, and age, and the payment rate should be displayed next to the article title. Once a title is selected, it should remain in a writer's or editor's work area for 48 hours before reverting back to the top of the assignment interface for another worker to complete. Article Suggestions: Create a function that enables website visitors and users to submit article suggestions that will forward to the assignment page following admin approval of the title. The admin should also be able to post article assignments to the assignment area. Writers who are approved for paid assignments should be able to suggest their own titles which they can write for payment after the title is approved. Article Editing: Once the user submits any article (paid or unpaid), it should become an available assignment for an editor to claim on the assignment page. The editor can approve the article for publishing, make corrections, send the article back to the writer for editing, or decline the article. The administrator should have override privileges to approve or decline articles incorrectly processed by editors, and only the main admin should have article removal privileges. Payments: It would be great if article approval automatically triggered payment to the writer and editor or generated an entry to a spreadsheet of pending payments for upload to our payment processing system. Ideally, the database would also be able to create and email tax documents to each worker at the end of the year. User Workdesk: Users should have access to an online workdesk area where they can view all of their submitted content and review the status of work i.e. pending, with an editor, approved, etc. A record of submitted assignments with corresponding pay dates should be available in each user's account summary.
