I need a VERY skilled and knowledgeable system admin who is HIGHLY familiar with email policy RFC rules, implementing SPF strings, setting up proper to RFC standards in our DNS who is with godaddy. I have had problems getting emails to be accepted inside the inbox of hotmail users, BUT they are accepted in junkmail due to improper DNS and/or PHP header configurations in my sendmail scripts I am not sure. So I need someone who is very familiar with this type problem. I do not want a quick in and out fix, I am very aware of RFC rules, and DNS settings I am by no means new to this. IF your good this will be super fast quick and easy, if your not I am sure I will know by the results.. So be honest..if you cannot do something. My dedicated server settings are below.. WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.8.2-R119 CentOS 4.4 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0 Exmin 4 (Mail Package)
