System for handling exams

This exam system for school will work as followes. It's quite easy and i need it fast. The application will be a compressed exe file that will be on an USB that the student is getting on the exam. Student opens the exe file and the student have to input an candidate ID. Then a folder on the USB will be auto generated with candidate ID and the date and school. Example is: 14.02.12-ID545846EIDV Then they can start the test. Internet logger and application logger will be activiated. It will generate an log that will be encrypted on the USB stick. But the exam guard will have to follow on the exam website (That is made) So it will send the log automatically to the exam site. This means that when the student is delivering his project or examtest the log will be sent to the exam test and gone trough an database of what is allowed and not allowed websites and software. Then the exam guard gets either a green V or a red X to see if the student has cheated or not. Requirements for bidding on this project. - Have built an internet and application sniffer before or have it available - Good knowledge about Visual Basic and .NET (Application structure) - The administration area that is webased is already made and need only some modification. The Design will be done by me. This has to be done in 1 week and 1 week only. Milestone will be created but will not be released before i'm completely happy with the system.
