URGENT: Calling Cards website (A2Billing+OpenSips+Asterisk)

Website similar in presentation to [login to view URL] to sell Virtual calling cards to be used in multiple ways: A) Via dialling an access number B) Via SIP using a software/hardware phone C) Via Call Back Functionality: - The OpenSips is required to handle the NAT issues for the SIP calls and loadbalance the outgoing calls over 2 Asterisk servers. (The system must be able to work even with a single asterisk server, when the secondary is offline for whatever reason). Asterisk in Real-Time. - The admin must have a basic web interface handle all the OpenSips basic funtions (add/remove servers or anything exe). No OpenSips configuration function should be left to be done via command line. - The admin must be able to select the maximum call channels available to sip clients (call-limit) via the admin A2B interface. - The users must be able to perform pin-less calls (identification of the caller ID) - Registration must be confirmed with SMS to the user, via sending their password there (and not via email). (You will be provided with web based SMS provider so you can integrate their simple gateway). - The users must be able to pay via all Payment Systems already integrated to A2Billing plus PAYSAFECARD ([login to view URL]) - The admin must be able to select which Payment system is activated on each user (please ask me for exact details on this). - **All existing functions of A2B must be available to the users, including Invoicing, CDRs and Support - Servers will be installed as VMs (KVM) so you MUST be able to handle networking matters. Note that one of the VMs will be on private IP (using NAT from a public IP). - Security: The system will be protected with CSF Firewall (script for IPTables) that will be installed on the VMs by me. WordPress (or Joomla) is preferred as the basis. ( I need a backend ) - All the user interface functions (as per A2billing) must be coded inside the website meaning that the user will never see the A2B default pages. Alternatively you need to create a template for A2Billing customer interface that will perfectly match the rest of the site and therefore it will be transparent to users when switching from the site to the panel. Single login. - The admin will be using the default A2B interface. No design changes needed here. - Rates: The frontpage of the site must have a rates column that will be scrolling. Rates will be pulled from one of the plans in A2B. Further a more advanced page with rates is required that will use AJAX. Ask me details for this - Registration, login and password reminders must be protected with CAPTCHA ([login to view URL]) - SMS confirmation of user registration IMPORTANT: As you progress with the project you need to create a complete step-by-step document which I will use after full system testing in order to re-install everything from scratch without your help. Note that the last milestone involves me deleting everything and re-installing them in order to confirm that your document is complete for someone to install the full system. Milestones: (non-negotiable) - Milestone 1, To carry 15% of the total for installation and includes: Installation of OpenSips, 2x Asterisk, A2biling. Basic call functions will be tested. - Milestone 2, To carry 35% of the total for general configuration and creation of at least 50% of the website, including the CallBack. - Milestone 3, To carry the remaining 50% of the project total. This includes the completion of all requirements and successful testing. Delivery of the step-by-step guide. Payment will be released after successful installation based on the step-by-step guide. Late delivery penalties: Every day that passes after the deadline of each milestone will carry a 3.5% deduction of the milestone payment to be released.
