***Very urgent*** Classified Ads using Wordpress platform

I need a classified ads like this one: [login to view URL] The classified ads must be based on wordpress platform, and this is the feature that I want: - Must be easy to customize, will be good if most part can be edited using dreamweaver. - I need to change all the needed part using my own language which is Indonesian, the same like [login to view URL] - No need to register for a new user to post. So anybody can post ads without the hassle to register and confirm. - Need to be captcha random code spam protected. So that no machine can post to this classified ads. - User Can post unlimited character length of the ads. Or better if I can set the proper char allowed for the ads poster. - The look and appearance will be best if mostly the same with: [login to view URL] ( it is simple, nice, and effective ). If you can make it better then okay too. - This is the last requirement, I need to put my banner in the sidebar and also between my posting. So you can include fake banner for example then I can change it with my own banner. The purpose of this classified ads is not for selling place or banner, but instead to gather a lot of poster to it. So it will be simple enough to make because there is no complicated sstem that manage the banner and the paid ads since all is for free. The main object is that everybody can post without REGISTER, they can see their ads appear instantly, and since it used wordpress then the search engine rangking will be good also. If you can add a rss pages ( Plug in ) that will collect and post content automatically then will be better. But as long as it meet my main object above, will be glad. My budget for this project is no more than $70, and I have the right to use that the way I want and you can't make another one for other usage. Please submit your bid as soon as possible.
