We would like someone to build a flash-based widget that can be placed onto Myspace and other blogs and that will display product items from a catalog. Specifically, it will: 1) read in a RSS feed that contains information on a list of products (provided as a parameter), and then display a product's image, description and price (much like on a retail website) from the feed.(Note, the product images may be slightly different sizes...) 2) It will rotate between product items at a set interval (ideally with a fade effect) 3) It will also have left and right arrow buttons which will let someone go to the next and previous product. 4) provide additional links [not from the feed] from the widget which are data drive For examples Example 1 - see [login to view URL] - click on "widget this" - you are presented with style + implementation details Example 2 [login to view URL] [thespringbox is by the same company as myspace] Example 3 [login to view URL] Example 4 [login to view URL] Note how they are able to provide seamless integration with MySpace - without the need to "cut & past" code
