Customize Proposal in CRM/Project Management System

Hi, I use Perfex CRM for Project Management and CRM needs. It's on CodeCanyon- here's a link: [login to view URL] I love everything about it except for the Proposal views the customer sees- both online in web view and the pdf (it uses TCPDF to generate PDF versions) It has a little WYSIWYG editor with some mail merge fields, but in my opinion, this is not how a proposal should be presented. I'd like to add graphics, content, a little info about my company and staff, etc. Almost, like those email templates- something like this would be perfect. Responsive, They have different modules you can stick in and take out. So I tried it and it worked- in theory. I need someone to go in there and do it the right way. I need 2 things to make this happen- (here's where you come in) 1.) Responsive Email Templates are pretty popular and they are a quick and effective way to add sections. I'd like to use this- I would upload images, design my content in dreamweaver and copy and paste it into their WYSIWYG editor (source mode) There's a pagebreak button in the editor as well. In my experimentation of this, I could not get color to print or Font Awesome Icons to show up in the PDF versions. I'd like to make this easy to update as well just in case I get tired of the template. So I suppose FontAwesome code needs to be added to PDF generator CSS. I need a quick and easy way to do this that won't take me long to repeat if necessary.
