Hello, I would like to be able to add comments online on a pdf and export the new modified pdf. I can move + zoom + rotate + scale the PDF. In a toolbar, I need a pen tool, a stamp tool and a marks tool. Pen: Allows to write by hand on the pdf, possibility to choose the thickness of the line and the color Stamp: Allows to add small pictograms on the pdf Mark : Add a pellet with a number on the pdf and you can add a comment. The 1st pellet have the number 1, the 2nd the number 2 ... Once the elements added on the pdf, we can move them of place, edit them, change their sizes or delete them. The site [login to view URL] does it very well but you have to pay a license for the year. It should be compatible on all devices and responsive design. In addition, I should also be able to implement this tool on native iOS and Android applications. Thank you
