Build me a set of php JSON APIs with MySQL DB and JWT encrytion.

I need a set of php APIs which will store data from my mobile client application into mysql Database. Critical fields will be encoded with JWT and stored in the DB. 1. User credentials will be stored from Mobile Client registration screens and stored via API call to php API. Password will be stored with JWT. 2. Login from Mobile client application will cal login php API to retrieve user credentials. Password stored with JWT will be decoded and validated with user input and return a json response of success or failure. 3. A front end php page to load vouchers from csv file and store details in MySql database. screte pins in csv file will be encrypted and stored with JVT. 4. Mobile front end application will make a call to PHP API for Vouchers. Details of voucher will be return as JSON response. Encrypted PIN will be decoded with JWT. 5. Another php script to update status of Vouchers once it is retrieved. Request to update will be sent from Mobile application. Only the PHP API will be called.
