Build A Website and Ios and android App

I require a web platform for online instant ordering/booking system 1 - Website for customer, (Customer looking for this service may only use the site once may be twice a year, so an app is not necessary). 2- An Ios App and Android App for the Supplier (The app information will also be the same information for the suppliers section on the website - Please Include supplier section on website when pricing) 3- The website must allow back end reporting and updating and compiling marketable information to the the owner of the site (us). 4. I do not have an User Interface Designed, the successful Freelancer will have to incorporate this on the price). 5. All testing to be carried out by Freelancer. If a prototype is presented, I will feedback within 36 hours. Freelancer must be able to provide an agreed response time. 6. Please Do not bid if your prices are likely to go up on negotiations or after. 7. Ask for more clarification if necessary. 8. Please include how many hours this project is priced for and how many weeks it will take to complete first prototype. Kindest regards
