Dynamic website with Mattermost Chat server integration as well as Android & IOS Application for the same using CMS platform

Everything you mentioned above I have been using more than 3 years: - I have all required Qualifications: - I will use Ruby on Rails for backend and web services.; - I will provide the All requird Api. At the beginning, As you work remotely, so the best option is to use Google Doc for simple QA tracking and Trello for tasks management.
