We are building an application form for a job on our website. Application form is currently working ok, but we need to add some functionality to it. Here is the form: [login to view URL] The form is manual HTML inserted with visual composer in Wordpress. The form action is posted to a php file outside of the Wordpress environment. The PHP-file is doing some simple validation and inserts the application to a MySql DB. This needs to be done: * Add simple file upload of CV (PDF, Word or RTF-format) * Add simple file upload of personal letter (PDF, Word or RTF-format) * Add simple file upload of image (PNG or JPG) * Use HTML5/WebRTC to offer the user to take a photo or/and video with webcam/mobile Files uploaded must be safely validated after upload and stored behind the root of the webserver.
