Finish our Codeigniter project

I am the CEO and owner of this website: [login to view URL] This project was developed with the Codeigniter framework and there are several problems, that need to be fixed, because the agency, that developed this system for us is not capable to finish the project after almost 3 month of development time. 1. Some objects appear to be broken: This problem is created by the charset being in US language and the object folders containing the picture contain special character. The agency already fixed this problem, but there are still 30 objects, that appear to be broken. I can give a list with all objects, that need to be updated. I manually changed all the names that contain special characters. They just need to be updated in ftp. 2. Search function: The search function should be possible to give results for all countries, all regions in a country and all cities in a region. Also it should be able to just choose specific cities within regions and countries. Right now the search function only loads objects from Belgium, no matter what we search. Also the filters does not work. You should also remove the price filter, as we don´t need it anymore. If you are on the object search result page and click an object, view the detail page and click back within the browser you can see a document expired error page. As far as I know this is caused by post requests, that are only configured to post and not to redirect a get request. That needs to be fixed as well. Also the filters are not searchable and the country, region and city should be shown above in the search result page for easy navigation. 3. Emails: The system is using [login to view URL] to send out emails. We purchased and configured G-suite for the domain and in Thunderbird we are able to send and receive emails through G-Suite. We also configured the MX records for [login to view URL] dns zone within Cpanel, but the system still uses host.casahermano.com. This needs to be fixed, so that the system uses G-Suite SMTP for email delivery. To be clear: The system should use external mail exchanger through Google G-Suite, so all emails are delivered to inbox. Right now the emails are rejected and not even delivered to spam. This is current spam score: 0,5/10 --> [login to view URL] Load time: Load page was reduced from 34 seconds already for the homepage. But still the load time is way too high. For each page it should be below 5 seconds. We have a powerful VPS with 8vcpus and 8gb ram, so this is only dependant on the system. Additional information: The system is coded with Codeigniter framework and running on a CentOS 7 VPS with Cpanel/WHM installed for management. You should be 100% professional and you should be able to fix everything within 5 days. If you work for us there are no free weekends. We don´t want you to work 15 hours every day, but we want to see results. You have 5 days to finish the project. That is the deadline.
