I have a small bug with a website I manage. It's a UK Opencart website that uses a few modules including ip to country and different prices for different countries to determine where a person is and display the appropriate price in the appropriate currency. The current functionality for displaying a products price is for people in the UK, display price in GBP with tax. Outside UK but in Europe: display price in EUR with tax. Outside Europe display price in USD without tax. The bug I have is for people outside Europe. it's initially displaying it with tax, then you refresh the page and it displays it without tax. Get rid of site data and refresh the page again and it displays it with tax. I'm guessing it's creating an important cookie or setting AFTER it displays the price. I just need it to display the price for people outside Europe in dollars without tax to start with.
