Hello, I am able to debug the problem and provide a solution. I am also suggesting to you that we update your email sending solution to an API based solution like Mailgun for better deliverability . If you award me this project I will both setup a Mailgun account with you and implement the connection from your server. Using an API based service is faster, more secure and provides more delivered emails. I use this solution on other projects and it works like a charm. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
