JOURNAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

We are running a biannual scientific journal at Lucknow. Actually I am planning to develop a ecommerce website for this science Journal. So in order to publish a journal we have a invite authors to submit their research paers. A lot of articles (called as manuscripts) from different authors spread out globally come to us by emails at present to which we wish to accumulate in the journal management system software there will be e user registration and login/ log out [login to view URL] can submit is paper and then he can track the movement of his paper to different stages just by putting manuscript ID. Software works in different stages right from submission of paper till the paper going out to press. Thereafter the manuscript is processed and reviewed /edited and thereafter sent for printing. The whole process needs to be automated in a software wherein 1) Author can buy membership online (will get auto-acknowledgement) , 2) Author can submit manuscript (will get auto-acknowledgement) 3) Editor and Associate editor can do online editing and reload the file on the server with a copy to original author for approval. Like these many features will be required. Need a good /world class developers who can develop this software on PHP
