looking for a expert WordPress developer and designer to design and develop our existing website

we have a WordPress website with freelance engine theme and with their plugins . one developer designed the website previously but this is no so good so we want to redesign the website to be very professional and responsive like upwork .com , freelancer .com or peopleperhour .com .. Requirements : At first update the theme to latest version [ we will provide the latest version theme archive ] 2nd import all the change made by previous developer from existing theme to new update [ we will provide the change log ] 3rd user interface design , home page design , default wp-login page should not be present , all images and icon should be unique like mentioned websites above but have to be match with our logo , notification panel should be like peopleperhour .com , add some animation on scroll , click , hover and drop-down item , we have svg logo so we want to use svg logo for better resolutions . replace all the default font awesome icons and use flat vector icon . 4th a blog page setup like upwork currently we have no content for blog page but you need to use some dummy content once content get ready we will update it by our self . and we have content for all other page you need to update the contents too [ currently we have some content in our website but those are not the final .. we have final content we will provide it during the work ]
