Magento extension to generate and get shipment label via HTTP API, SOAP

PROJECT GOALS : Generate the Shipping Label automatically for all orders in the statuts "PENDING" Create an API to get the PDF that is stored on the FTP. The 3 below scenarios have to be developped. CONTEXT : We are using the extension of two logistics partners (DPD and Chronopost). DPD Magento extension : [login to view URL] Chronopost Magento extension : [login to view URL] However, those extensions doesn't allow us to generate the shipping label automaticly (a User has to go to vente / ...) and it's not possible to download the PDF with an API. Carrier = DPD or Chronopost #1 - Automation of Carrier label shipment generation Carrier offers services for domestic and international parcel shipping. My company has plugged the DPD magento module extension into a regular 1.9 Community Magento platform. CONTEXT : The selected Chronopost and DPD extension only allows to generate manually the shipment label. As we are planning on receiving a consequent amount of orders, we need to have it generated automatically when the order is validated. Scenario 1 : Request/specification of need Given a new order "2000000001" And the order STATUS is <PENDING> And the order doesn't have yet a shipment label And the carrier for this order is Chronopost or DPD When the script is launched every hour Then the shipment label is automatically created and I can see the shipment label on Magento Backoffice on the page "...../DPD Comment : You will have to give us instructions on how to launch the script on an hourly basis. Ideally, the script can be launched from a cron table OR with an API HTTP call. - - - #2 - Creating SOAP web services to get shipment label and tracking number Context : The selected DPD and Chronopost extensions don't have integrated HTTP API platform. We need to make calls to an API to fetch shipment label (tracking number & PDF file) and input it into our own system and access it in order to prepare the orders from our own software. We want to use the web-service using SOAP protocol. Scenario 2 : Request/specification of need When i request [login to view URL] Then the operation 'getBordereau' appears in the operation's list Scenario 3 : Request/specification of need Given a new order "2000000001" And the order STATUS is <PENDING> And the order has a shipment label When i request 'getBordereau' at url [login to view URL] with params orderId=2000000001 Then the result contains the tracking number of the shipment label And the result contains the shipment label in PDF format OR the direct url to get shipment label in PDF format Pre-requisite : Must Have : Good knowledge of Magento & SOAP Webservices & HTTP API Nice to have : Knowledge of the DPD and/or Chronopost module Environment : Our policy and environements do not allow us share to share our access to external partners so the selected developper will have to install a Magento Platform on their own computers.
