Migration to MailChimp

We are using the email program [login to view URL] as a plug-in to our system for many years and have created a few mailing lists in that program. It is also integrated with our current system and client database and when we get in new clients and capture them on our system then they are automatically subscribed to one or more of the mailing lists in mailing-manager. The support has become non-existent on that software and we cannot continue working with it. We have therefore decided to migrate to MailChimp (or any other software you can recommend) and start using that for our bulk emailing to clients, etc depending once again on the lists which they subscribe to. We now need a MailChimp expert who can assist us with this migration process and help us copy and set up the client lists, assist with initial email template design, etc. We can do so on our own and figure things out along the way but it would be best to get someone who knows his/ her way around MailChimp and can assist us with the above. Please use reference MUL in the first line of your bid to show me that you have read the above and that you are not just an auto bidder giving the impression (and actually saying) that you read the project description when it is clear that you haven't done so.
