We have a modified version of the WP chat plugin "wp-user-chat" that we need additional modifications done to. To see the current chat functionality see: [login to view URL] The changes we need are: 1. Chat Box – When the chat selection box is open, only the area above the dotted line should control the open and close of the box. Should only be able to close the box from this area – possibly with a close box “x”. 2. Chat dialogue boxes should not overlap when more than one is open. 3. Thumbnail pictures should be larger- 50x50 pixels. 4. Left justify chat photo list with header dotted line. 5. When no one is available to chat (i.e. no users logged in) there should be a message display. “No one is currently available to chat. You can always e-mail your favorite travel advisor.” 6. Provide a limit in the WordPress chat plug-in so that chat does not exceed the 200 concurrent users max. If the max has been reached the “No one is currently available to chat" message should display.

The only question i had is about Point 4. Left justify chat photo list with header dotted line can you please clarify this point and then i can start work on your project also need to discuss budget and timeline of this project
