Need to rebuild my website

I have a website I built myself with Wordpress but I would like to rebuild it to enable the service shown in the below video. [login to view URL] Essentially, I need users to be able to create an account and login with their email account or with Google, Facebook or other social media authentication. We have two types of users: (a) User Hosts/Trainers and (b) User Customers. 1) The website should allow them (a) to create a profile and upload their logo or headshot, personal information such as location, expertise, resume, titles and certifications and how to be paid information (preferably PayPal) 2) then create their own sub-website or page with the description of the services they provide with a standard format for all of the sub-websites or pages, with some photos and gallery pace. 3) Calendar Setup: The User Host/Trainer (a) should create an invitation description for calendar invites when User Customers (b) book a scheduled appointment. so the User Host/Trainer (a) will have to add location details such as zoom call meeting link / ID with login details. Calendar availability by timezone, by default the availability is set to Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm in the timezone of the user (a) 4) Events Setup: The User Host/Trainer (a) can setup recurrent events or sporadic events in the calendar, indicating the fees, number of spots available for admission as well as a waitlist, User Customers (b) can sign up to those events and the system will send them (b) a Calendar Invite using the display name of the User Host/Trainer (a) with the recurrent, or one-time event details, the calendar invite must have reminders of 1 day, 4 hours, 1 hour, 15 minutes and 5 minutes. 5) User Host/Trainer should also setup the types of services they provide, up to 5 (free account) as well as pricing and one free offer they can schedule to run with some frequency or choosing in a calendar they want the free offer or discounts to run. Each service should contain a checkmark stating if the service can be provided to people under 18 years old or not. 6) User Customer (b) can see the services available for each User Host/Trainer (a) and see the services provided as well as available times in their calendar. 7) The top of the pages should show the logo, the name of the User Host/Trainer with a star rating rate and a calendar option to book an appointment with that entity. 8) User Customer (b) can see the calendar availability of the User Host/Trainer (a) in the user's (b) timezone and book an appointment using the service, which will send a calendar invite to both User Host/Trainer (a) and User Customer (b), using the display name of the User Host/Trainer (a) with the recurrent, or one-time event details, the calendar invite must have reminders of 1 day, 4 hours, 1 hour, 15 minutes and 5 minutes. 9) If the service the User Customer (b) is trying to book is not free or has a price, the user (b) has to pay the price using the preferred method of payment, by default PayPal (CashApp, Venmo). The system then will use the User Host/Trainer (a) payment information to pay directly to the user (a) 10) After first paid service has been confirmed, the User Host/Trainer will be asked (or automatically charged to their payment details) to pay a 2% fee comission for the service. Only paid services will charge a comission. 11) Right after an appointment has concluded, a separate email sill be sent to both users (a)(b) for receiving feedback so they can share a rating about the quality of the interactions by default rating would be from 0 to 5 stars, users can report to eachother any disconformity during the next 24 hours. 12) When a user(a)(b) gives to others a rating in average below 3 stars after the 5th evaluation, their own rating will be affected since we would like to promote positive people and motivate to give low ratings only if it's really required.
