we use a web page that is an HTML5 development we want to put a video in our web page but we have to access an IP camera. and the ip camera does not use webm so we want a converter where I will ask for the webm video. we will use the url to send the real ip of the camera and the converter will access the camera with a know protocol between the converter and the camera and will send to our we page the video in webm and we do not need any specific language, perhaps the product exists today. let's discuss details via chat. happy bidding.
