OpenFire Specialist needed !

We need an OPENFIRE Specialist We need certain scripts within OpenFire that has to be written. The script should not be an OpenFire PLUGIN. NO USE OF PLUGINS! The plugins might include malware, we already had that twice! 1. One script that has to connect users with each other automatically Without the use of Rosters. 2. One script that allows our application to generate and manage MUC / Group Chat Automatic generation of groupchats. 3. Automatic backup (cronjob) script Send daily a backup of Users, Configurations, Settings, etc. as zip to email address. 4. Add additional features at account information Such as; Selection date of creation, Selection of account duration, Automatic time counter, etc. - with connection to database. 5. Change colors + layout of OpenFire Such as colors, logo, etc. And that it will not disappear after an update. So only for CMS part of OpenFire Budget $400 and ready in two / three days
