PHP/JS additional module for an existing project

We have an in-house web-based business management system created on PHP, Javascript/jQuery, and MySQL. We are looking for a full-stack developer to create an additional module. The backend should be in PHP, connecting to our existing MySQL database. You would have to use our layout and structure for the front end. The front gets populated through Javascript/Ajax. The module would be like a simple todo list board. We would need two views: 1) A view to add an item. A person can add an item to one of the employees' board. Todo item can have few database (provided) IDs attached, to show what this item is related to. Item template could be picked from a predefined list (provided) or made custom. 2) The main board view. Show all items entered for an employee. The employee can snooze item for 1 hour, 4 hours, 1 day, or 4 days, or mark the item as done. An employee can create a custom item for himself. An employee can review snoozed items, with the ability to remove snooze. An employee can review done items and set them as active. We will provide some basic sketches of how we imagine views could look like. We will also provide databases with some sample data. All bidders should communicate in English pretty well as this is not a very technically inclined task. Thank You
