WP / PHP / code research on photo manipulation.

Im building a website and need information on what kind of photo manipulation code I can get. This is research and dev info collection. Its best if you are a coder/web developer yourself that knows where to find code and search for it online... The code can be open source, is for sale, is for lease/license, is a plug in snippet, or exists on github as a sample (for which the owner can be approached etc) The Code needs to be attainable in some way. Or the functions Im seeking out if do not exist yet, how to have it programed and made from scratch, and a report on that, what kind of coder can/should do it and estimate on the amount of time it would take (hours wise). This info from research would need to give in a report format. Siting explanations or sources, how its attainable, in order to justify the end results of using it. The following features I am seeking out: (to be used in a Wordpress site) -Resolution increase, -Blemish clean up, - Removing moles and blemishes on someones face or body, or enhance a 'smooth skin' look. -Spot light on the face in the picture and blur surroundings, -Convert to grayscale / B&W. -Background cut out and changing background to black or white. Automatically cut out the persons silhouette and insert black background. -Filter- Lightens up the front and darkens the back surround the person in photo. -Zoom in on face in the photo.
