PHP Developer Needed To Create Photo Sharing Website

I am looking for someone that knows PHP/MySQL to help me develop a new project for a niche type of photo website. Here is what is needed for the Front End and Backend of the website: Front end: - Index Page: -- Display random photos from users that uploaded them. -- Display most viewed photos (all week / month / all time). -- Display most "liked" photos -- Display a search box allowing users to search from a number of parameters. -- Links to other pages - Register page: -- Page for users to sign up for the website. Upon signing up, an email confirmation is sent for them to click prior to activating account. - Upload photos page -- Registered users are allowed to upload a photo to our database. The photo is sent to the admin panel for approval prior to making it live. Also, photo will have a small black bar along the bottom (watermark) with the name of our website as well as their real name for copyright reasons. - Search photos page -- When a user performs a search, a list of the photos will appear, along with details the person who uploaded included (i.e. location, type of plane, date, etc.). - Single photo page -- If a visitor clicks a photo from the homepage or the search photos page, it will appear on it's own stand alone page. I want users to have ability to "comment" on the photos and "like" the photo. - User profile -- Users can make a simple profile about themselves. -- Their photos will appear on the profile page (max of 5-10) followed by a "view more" button, that will take them to search results page sorted by their name. Admin Panel -- ability for admin to approve/deny all photos (email sent to uploader about status of approved or denied) -- ability to ban users -- ability to edit/moderate comments Regarding the design, i can design the pages in Photoshop. I don't know how to splice and implement, so if you can do this, I would appreciate it. I need the project done quickly. Thank you!
