Application should run on IOS / Android. The User must be registered on the system and authenticate on the mobile device for use. There should be no permanent user and password request on the mobile device. That is, the user will authenticate and the device remains authorized to use the application. The user using the camera of the device should proceed with reading the QrCode of the component that needs to obtain the information. The code being read will be a primary key that will be used to query an already prepared viewer in the MYSQL database. The resulting data from this viewer will be presented to the user as shown below: The user can only consult the data, no change is allowed. All data manipulations will be performed at the rear and will not be the responsibility of this project. In this scope, only one viewer is expected to be read. The application will be hosted in one of our rooms. The requirements must be specified. Technologies that enable optimization of development, such as HTML5, JAVA and others, can be used. The source code will be owned by us. Attached I am sending EXAMPLES of screens in excel of how the screens should be developed.

Hola, I have read project description and checked examples of screens you provided in attached Excel file. I almost understood concept of app and I will develop this app perfectly. As you want: 1] Authorization of user everytime. [as you mentioned I think it will be done with OTP?] 2] QRCode scanning [Will do it, I have used QR code scanning in many apps] 3] We will call backend API with primary key (As you said, I think it is already done, we need to call it with primary key and get data) 4] User will be only able to View data. For these functions as it includes QR code scan as well, I will suggest to develop Native android app in Android Studio. Native app always gives best performance as it is standard.
