I have a custom built php job management site and we are looking to streamline the data entry part. The only way we see quickbooks can export the orders is through a pdf unless you can make a custom pdf driver that can create what you need of some kind from quickbooks to import better. Attached is a sample pdf and here you can find the data backend of the site. Some areas will obviously have to be entered manually since it is not on the paper word but we are trying to save some time on the entry.
