Remaining Work Required on My Website

Hello everyone, My name is Rehman. I am from London, England. I am looking for an honest, affordable and within my budget range freelancer, who could complete rest of work on my website. I hired freelancer from here. He was and he is still very good, but he is taking excessively much time to complete the rest of the work since 23 Jan 15. I have given him enough chances since that time and unable to complete the work and i need to run my online business ASAP for some revenue return as i am spending too much money on modifications work and nothing coming back towards me. I have given him final chance, if he doesn’t do by end of the week, then I will be definitely hiring someone to complete the remaining work. I have posted my project, but seem to getting those freelancers, whose showing their interest without knowing full nature of my project, after consultation with them, I am finding different story. They have no clue whatsoever, how to complete the remaining project. Let me explain you my social networking / dating website script framework at first. Abk-Soft provider of my social networking / dating script and script name is Chameleon. They have used PHP, AJAX and I guess HTML framework. (i) Addling link for one sub-site and integrate 2 sub-sites to auto login’s, adding capture landing page & integrate mlm script, installing scripts & adding their links into main sites and few setting up in the WordPress gaming script. (Please go through required remaining work part 1 pdf) (ii) Modifying and remaking the intro presentation video & adding google translator option on all pages from main site, all sub-sites to standalone site. (Please go through required remaining work part 2 pdf) With my current freelancer, we agreed on £150 to complete the work. Therefore, I am looking for someone within that budget range. The work is pretty simple and straight after viewing abk-soft framework and my current site. All you have to do adding, linking and installing sub and standalone scripts, which mentioned above points. However, you need to have good knowledge, then you could complete my project within a week as the hardest part was template, which done by my current freelancer. If you think that, you could fit on my budget, and then send me a message. When chatting with me, then please don’t react like childish like asking what type of framework platform used on my website, I have not gone through on the required work pdf file etc. as I don’t have any knowledge at all and I won’t be able to answer the question as I am not web expert.
