Salesforce Administration Work

Hello There, I have gone through your requirement and i have worked on similar task earlier. I use to work as Remote Salesforce Administrator for Australian Company Healthstrong. My task was to modify the workflows, give support to their sales person, Manage leads, create reports on day to day basis etc. I was communicating with the client on Skype, Phonecalls etc. I use to design the process based on their requirement. I am not certified but i am having exp of 2+ in Salesforce Cloud. So i think am good fit for your requirement. I understand your project 1 : Few Queries 1. What do you mean by Cleanup database. Which fields are unwanted? 2. What do you mean by followup calls. Do you want it to be automated or Manual? Please clarify. 3. We have worked on environments of companies like “Deloitte” and “James Group of Marcus Millichap”. My recent projects consist of "Deloitte Access Economics" which is a part of Converge Health. Also, we have worked with company EnHasen Performance (Data Import, Data export, Reports, Dashboards) based on the Australia and Trinity System on their product RealtimePSO (Automation of Credit Card & ACH Payment method) based on the US.
