simple file browser and download app

we have joomla based website, we need to put some files (user manuals, certificates, project documents etc.) on our web site, and sync with ftp client sometime. our customer or web site visitor should see, navigate folders/files and download if they needed. maybe we may use rsfiles at ([login to view URL]) This project is about the developping app for do that on mobile natively. The app should read folders structure and files from the web site. * app will work english and turkish. Here below the goals of the app : (pls bid only app not goals, we will talk later) first goal : it will be good if the app integrate to login with joomla user credentials. app users able to create joomla account if not registered already. then login with app and see the additional files. second goal: integrate with zopim chat. logged users can ask questions.
