Small scraper

I am looking for a guy who can do the following multithread python script: - Out of an MySQL DB, the data rows are selected that dont have an entry in the column "imprint" yet. - In the settings, I want to have another option that furthermore just data rows with certain content in the column "IP" are visited (e.g. "de", "at", "ch") - In the selected data rows, there is a column "page_url". That urls shall be visited by the multithread python script. - In the settings, I want to determine the name of workers. - For the visiting, proxies needs to be used. i will provide a list of working proxies to the freelancer. - On the URL itself, the script looks for the link to the imprint the following way: 1. Check whether the word "Impressum" is linked => if yes, then output that link to the DB column "imprint" 2. If no: Check whether the word "Imprint" is linked => if yes, then output that link to the DB column 3. If no: Check whether the word "Kontakt" is linked => if yes, see above 4. If no: Check whether the word "Contact" is linked => if yes, see above 5. If no: Check whether the word "Bildnachweis" is linked => if yes, see above 6. if no: output "[login to view URL]" to the column "imprint" I need the system to be run reliably and want the programmer to install it on my server.
