Study and implement a way to dinamically fill with water level the map section of rivers, bridge, etc Using a javascript library like D3 or similar for a browser HTML5 (and illustrate some fallback for problematic browsers like IE). In the attaccment provided, the "interactive chart" is not part of the project, this is already done. As sub-optimal solution, the charts can be generated as bitmap by a server side service (PHP required)
