TCPDF Edits + PHP

I'm building an on-line portal for Reference Checking: a candidate registers, enters past jobs, contact details for the reference....then a recruiter can be given access to view the output report in PDF. As passing a parameter is not straightforward in MySQL we used TCPDF. Code was written in CorePHP. The HTML link below is only used for testing. (The website Header and Logo have already been adjusted). The link shows it is working. [login to view URL] Test Data: Name: George Allan Date of Birth: 3/3/1975 There are 2 errors to correct: 1) Include a check "are there 1 or 2 references for the same job? If 2 then output both references. At the moment we only output one reference 2) When a candidate first registers there are no verified jobs. After a job is verified =1, the output must reflect this. During testing I found a bug. 3) Several minor CSS changes. EG line up text first character per row. I realise we have limitations to CSS due to the plugin. So if you can't make a change just tell me. There is a lot more work to do but first I need to see you can complete this task.
