Using existing wireframes (.ai) to create a responsive website with API connectivity

I'm creating a website that allows a user to purchase a vehicle service contract online. In the main flow, after selecting their vehicle, the site would: 1. Make a simple API call to obtain a price quote 2. Allow users to pick the length of the contract 3. Input their contact info/credit card information (currently thinking of using stripe API for this) 4. Make an API call to return required pdf forms 5. Digitally sign pdf forms. Additionally, the site will need to have a login page where a customer can view the details of their service contract (purchase info, time remaining, contact us). Lastly, the site will have a couple of static pages (who we are, how it works etc.) I have the complete wireframes for desktop and mobile complete for about 80% of the site and am currently working on finalizing the rest so I just need someone to create the responsive pages and plug in the required APIs so that the site is robust, reliable and that the backend can be scaled up without any loss of performance.
