web form in vicidial is sending the records to database but it is not store the values in vtiger

I have a call center running vtiger 7.0 as crm integrate with vicidial and all was working fine yesterday i have added field in both crm and vicidial system and the mapping was done as expect you will see the below screenshot now the problem is I'm trying to get the web form working, but whenever i submit the form, it takes me to a blank page with {"success":true,"result":"ok"} I have tried everything i could possibly think of to solve this, or get around this, but no luck. Basically the web form is sending the records to database But it is not store the values and this has affected the whole CRM system
