Wordpress Theme function Development

this project is basically handling bidding type of function. should be developed on wordpress 1. basically there is two type of users one is 'normal users' and 'caterers'. both can register and login. 2. functionality of 'normal users' 1. once they signed in they redirected to accout page: 1. they can post the events like birthday event. 2. there should be the option to show the number of events posted by them ( my events). 3. once he clicked any any event it show the various bids done by caterers. 4. they can accept the any bid. 5. they can manage their profile information like chaning the profile image, change passwords etc. 5. i will tell what should happen after he accept the bid later. 6. they should have edit or delete the event details 3. functionality of 'caterers' 1. once they signed in they will be redirected to accout page 1. they can manage their profile informations. 2. they should have the page to list number of events they did bid. 3. once he clicked any bid it have to show the page like [login to view URL] where they can withdraw or increase or decrease bid. 4. they also have the page like [login to view URL], so we need one page link in their account page to add the different type of menu item. so it will be display on front end. i will tell in which page we need to list the available caterers. 4. there is also payment functions like paypal. so these are the major function of this site.
