I have created a new online training course, that requires the users to following installation instructions and complete the required tasks. I need a solution that will mark the assignments and display a pass or fail status and to send an email confirmation internally to support awarding the user with the certification. Maybe a C# or powershell script with GUI.

Hi there, I propose to write your marking app using Rust. The app will be able to take an assignment representation and mark it against a template, returning a pass/fail result. The app can be wired in to work with a server or standalone.
