I have an Excel sheet which needs to be converted to an EDI file format to be uploaded on the rrc website. I know people convert a pdf file to an EDI file, for which I have the example. See attached. I need to convert my Excel file to an EDI file. The two ways to do this: (1) Directly convert the Excel file to pdf file. (2) Convert the Excel file to the pdf file and then convert the pdf file to EDI file. The sample of pdf file and it's EDI file are attached. I might not be able to help you completely with this project. I need someone who can understand what I need by researching it on the website and then deliver. The website: rrc.state.tx.us. The Form which I need to convert to EDI is called "Form PR". I need someone who can sure shot deliver this project. I have tried with other freelancers in the past who mentioned that it can be done with some help but were not able to deliver it. Please bid judiciously and only if you can actually do it.
