Fix Groovy script for Jira

I'm developing a Groovy script to automate certain types of Jira Service Desk tickets that are submitted but I'm stuck with broken codebase. Freelancers who have experience with developing/debugging in Groovy, Atlassian products and Slack integrations shouldn't have too difficult of a time with this project. I will not be providing access to the Jira Service Desk Cloud server or Slack webhook endpoint so you will need to re-create this on your end. With that said, I'll be able to provide you with additional resources and documentation pages as well as a complete workflow of how the script should function.
